PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Payment
Payment must be made in pounds Sterling using one of the major credit or debit cards as listed: Visa, Delta, Master Card, Switch, Electron and Solo.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order together with a further e-mail when the goods have been dispatched. Please print these for your records.
Delivery
Any date or period will be considered as indicative only, however we will aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days. This can be subject to availability as sometimes we may run out of an item/s due to high demand, however you will be informed within this period if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.
Orders within the UK are sent first class recorded post, so they can be tracked if they go missing. They will also need a signature at your end, so we recommend you use a daytime address e.g. workplace. If you are not in, a delivery note will be left for you to rearrange delivery or collection.

Customs and Duty
Please note that all shipments to Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be .
Returns
Returns and Exchanges
At Arrogance, first and foremost we want you, the consumer, to have a fantastic shopping experience when visiting our website or stores. Nevertheless, we realise that with purchasing items on-line you may wish to return products that are unsuitable. Please note that we can only accept returns delivered within 14 days of the date of dispatch and with labels attached. This means that the items are unworn, unmarked and in a resellable condition (i.e in original form). In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty you are of course entitled to a full refund / replacement, including the cost of sending the item(s) back
We can either exchange the items for other products or simply issue you with a full refund.
If you choose to exchange for another size please check the web site for availability by going to the product and clicking on the size you want - if it appears it is available. Alternatively, please email info@thanyou.net
How to Return/Exchange items
Enclosed within the original delivery is a return form. Simply fill it in and send the goods with your original receipt to the following address:

If for any reason this form was not enclosed please e-mail us at info@thanyou.net . We will endeavour to process your return as soon as they arrive back, however your refund may take up to 7 working days from the time we receive your returned goods.
Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it registered post.
Don't forget - refunds can only be given to the original payer so if you decide to refund a gift we can't stop the payer knowing.
